Shanti Mohan Dass, the temple priest, and Hafiz Mohammad Taj Alam, the imam, said they agreed to take down the loudspeakers that had been used in the temple and mosque for years.</p>
<p>In Badagaon town&#8217;s Gandhi Chowk neighborhood, the Ram Janki temple, one of Jhansi&#8217;s most respected temples, and the Sunni Jama Mosque are near to one other. Among those detained is one of the suspects who opened fire. He was found in possession of a pistol that had been used in the commission of a crime. According to the police, they are continuing their investigation.</p>

Alekha Chandra Sahoo (46), his wife Rashmi Rekha (41), their child Smruti Sandhya (19), and two sons Smruti Sahil (18) and Smruti Saurav (16) were identified as the deceased.</p>
<p>The offender, Alekha&#8217;s younger brother Shiba Prasad Sahoo (42), admitted to the familicide through video messaging and confessed before the police. The cause for the familicide, according to Cuttack (rural) SP Jugal Kishore Banoth, was a territorial dispute. &#8220;We&#8217;re interviewing the accused to get more information,&#8221; Banoth said.</p>

According to sources, the cluster was discovered at the Sri Chaitanya Girls&#8217; Residential School, and 58 pupils have been quarantined on the campus.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, Karnataka reported 629 new COVID-19 cases and 17 deaths on Tuesday, bringing the total number of cases and deaths to 29.74 lakh and 37,763, respectively, according to the Health Department.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) would explore enabling schools in the city to resume in-person classes for kids in classes 6 to 8 after the festive season, according to lieutenant governor Anil Baijal.</p>
<p>Baijal said in a series of tweets, &#8220;Chaired the 25th meeting of DDMA to review the COVID19 situation in Delhi&#8230; As suggested by the experts, it was decided to consider opening middle school classes 6-8, after the festive season. All the stakeholders were called upon to work in a coordinated manner towards ensuring adequate preparedness for tackling any future challenges.&#8221;</p>
<p>For students in grades 9 and up, schools are currently permitted to conduct in-person sessions.</p>

<p>Five persons were arrested in Bikaner with Bluetooth-enabled footwear for allegedly attempting to cheat in the teacher recruitment exam. The exam, which was held in two shifts at 3,993 centers throughout 33 districts and was administered by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, was held in two shifts. There were 16.51 lakh candidates who had registered for it.</p>
