										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A case has been registered against actress Payal Rohatgi for allegedly using objectionable words against Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi in a video shared on social media. The case has been registered in Pune under sections 153 (a), 500, 505(2) and 34 of IPC, reports ANI.</p>
<p>According to media reports, a complaint against the actress was filed at Shivaji Nagar police station by the office -bearers of the Pune City Congress Committee.</p>
<p>&#8220;Payal Rohatgi has repeatedly made derogatory comments about the Nehru Gandhi family. We came across one such post, which we believe has been made recently. Subsequently, the office-bearers of the Pune City Congress committee, including Ramesh Bagwe, Mohan Joshi, Datta Bahirat, Sangeeta Tiwari and myself, met senior police officials from the cyber crime cell. A formal complaint in the case was given by Sangeet Tiwari. The police have acted on it and a case has been registered at Shivaji Nagar police station,” Indian Express quoted Pune City Congress spokesperson Ramesh Iyer as saying.</p>
<p>This is not the first time that the 36-year-old actor has landed herself in legal trouble. In 2019, Rohatgi was arrested by the Rajasthan police for her alleged comments against former Prime Minister, late Jawaharlal Nehru.</p>
<p>More recently, in the month of June, she was arrested by the Satellite Police in Ahmedabad on Friday for threatening and hurling abuse at the chairman of her society on social media. Rohatgi was later released on bail.</p>
<p>The Satellite police station in Ahmedabad had arrested the actress following a complaint lodged by the chairman of the society where she lives. The police have invoked IPC Sections 294(b), 504, 506(1), 506(2), and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act against the actress.</p>
<p>Rohatgi made her acting debut in 2002 with the film &#8216;Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai?&#8217; She was later seen on reality TV shows like &#8216;Khatron Ke Khiladi 2&#8217; and &#8216;Bigg Boss 2&#8217;.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Mumbai police have registered a case against T-series company’s Managing Director Bhushan Kumar, son of music baron late Gulshan kumar, for allegedly raping a woman on the promise of providing a job to her , an official said today. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">The offence was registered at DN Nagar police station in Andheri (west) on the basis of the complaint filed by the 30-year-old woman, he said. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">However, the police did not give details about the alleged crime. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">As per the complaint , Bhushan Kumar allegedly raped the woman on the pretext of providing a job to her in some project of his own company, the official told news agency Press Trust of India. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">According to the official, Bhushan kumar has been charged under Indian Penal Code Sections 376 (rape), 420 (cheating), 506(criminal intimidation). </span></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a money laundering case in connection with the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, officials said on Friday.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The central probe agency has taken cognisance of a Bihar Police first investigation report (FIR) registered against actress Rhea Chakraborty and some others to slap criminal charges under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in its complaint, they said.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The officials said an Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR) has been filed in the case related to the death of the actor and alleged financial irregularities being suspected to have been done against the deceased.<br>The ED had recently sought the FIR copy from the Bihar Police.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Rajput&#8217;s father Krishna Kumar Singh, 74, had on Tuesday lodged a police complaint against Chakraborty, her family members and six others on charges of alleged abetment to suicide of his son.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Singh has accused Chakraborty, a budding TV and film actress, of having befriended his son in May 2019 with the intention of furthering her own career.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The ED will probe allegations of alleged mishandling of Rajput&#8217;s money and his bank accounts. The agency will probe if anyone used Rajput&#8217;s income for money laundering and creating illegal assets, the officials said.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Mumbai Police is already probing Rajput&#8217;s death. Rajput, 34, who had starred in films such as <em>Chichhore</em>, <em>Kai Po Che</em> and <em>Kedarnath</em>, was found hanging in his apartment in Mumbai&#8217;s Bandra area on June 14.   &#8212; <em>PTI</em></p>
