<p>Dr. Gaurav Tyagi, an assistant professor at JNU, recently submitted an RTI and received a response from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). In its statement, the IT Ministry stated that the government cannot prevent the game from being released in India. However, under the terms of Section 69A of the Information Technology Act of 2000, the IT Ministry has the right to ban the game once it is released.</p>
