										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On Friday, Congress members in Gujarat organized a protest from the state legislature after Speaker of the House Nimaben Acharya suspended Punja Vansh, a prominent party leader and Una MLA, for seven days for using unparliamentary language in the House.</p>
<p>Congress member Harshad Ribadiya asked a simple question on the number of available vacancies at the Surendranagar animal clinics during the query period on the third day of the 14th Gujarat assembly&#8217;s cabinet meeting. When BJP agricultural minister Raghavji Patel answered the question, Vansh replied by arguing that the facts he was sharing were incorrect.</p>
<p>Harsh Sanghvi, the minister of state for home, rose and attempted to interfere. Naushad Solanki, a Congress MLA from Dasada, accosted him verbally. Sanghvi responded to Solanki by declaring that Congress&#8217;s intimidation methods will fail. Addressing Sanghvi, Vansh stated that this was not his party office and that being said used an unparliamentary term, which enraged the ruling party&#8217;s supporters.</p>
