In New Zealand, 38 lakh people reach annually to roam. New Zealand is famous worldwide for its natural beauty and Maori Tradition. Due to this, the circle of strollers from all over the world comes to New Zealand. During their journey, people take lots of pictures and upload them on social media sites. However, now New Zealand is bored with these pictures. In fact, now New Zealand has launched a new tourism campaign, in which tourists are being requested to stop copying the pictures they have seen online. Rather share some new pictures, which no one has seen.
The New Zealand Government has started this campaign by releasing a two-minute video. The video features comedian Tom Sainsbury, who is involved in the ‘Social Observation Squad’. Sainsbury chases tourists to some of the most famous places in the country and urges them to stop traveling under social influence. Actually, many people travel only so that they can maintain their influence in the society and they can look cool. In such a situation, these people get photographs taken at certain places, so that it seems that they had traveled to a country.
This campaign has been started by the government at a time when most travelers are not getting entry to travel in many countries of the world. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern recently said that New Zealand’s borders will be kept closed until this year in view of the coronavirus. However, the country will make arrangements for travel to neighboring countries Australia and other bilateral countries. The reason behind not giving entry to outsiders in the country is also that so far the authorities believe that people who have been vaccinated can also spread corona.
