So far, 24 soldiers have been killed in the Chhattisgarh Maoist attack on the border of Bijapur and Sukma district of Chhattisgarh. This incident was carried out by more than 400 Maoists. Since then, there has been chaos in the entire country including Chhattisgarh. After expressing immediate immediate response to this Naxalite attack, Home Minister Amit Shah will be visiting Jagdalpur, Bijapur and Raipur today. Whereas, strong security arrangements have been made for the visit of Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
According to Janakari, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will reach Jagdalpur directly from Delhi at 10:35 am. Here he will pay tribute to the martyred soldiers in the Naxalite encounter. After this, Shah will participate in the high-level meeting, in which besides Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, top officials of IB, CRPF and State Police will also be present. During this time, further strategy will be discussed with Manthan on the lapse in the encounter.
Home Minister Amit Shah will reach Jagdalpur at 10:35 am. After this, Basseguda of Bijapur will go to CRPF camp and talk to the officers and soldiers. He will stay in the Basseguda camp for about an hour. After this, Shah will come to Raipur from Bijapur via Jagdalpur. He will be in Raipur from around 3:30 to 5:30 pm. During this, Home Minister Amit Shah will visit four private hospitals and meet the injured jawans. Explain that Ramakrishna, MMI, Balaji and Narayana Hospital of Raipur are undergoing treatment for injured soldiers in Naxalite encounter. After meeting the soldiers, Shah will leave for Delhi at around 5:30 in the evening.
Earlier, Amit Shah had said that our fight with the Naxalites, the enemy of peace and progress, will continue with strength and we will make it to the end. With this, Shah tweeted, “I salute the sacrifices of our brave security personnel martyred while fighting Maoists in Chhattisgarh.” The nation will never forget his valor. I express my condolences to his family members.
However, according to DG CRPF Kuldeep Singh, so far 24 soldiers have been martyred in this incident. While the Maoists have suffered heavy losses during this period. There are 25-30 Maoists killed in this encounter. After this incident, the state government and the central government have taken a strong stand against the Maoists. While the Chhattisgarh Police and CRPF have given clear indications of strict action.
