According to Morning Consult, a worldwide leading approval tracker, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s approval ratings have dropped to 66 percent from 82 percent in August 2019 when the Centre declared the repeal of Article 370 and the partition of Jammu and Kashmir.

As per the American data intelligence organization, PM Modi’s approval rating remains higher than that of other world leaders, at 66 percent. According to Morning Consult, PM Modi is ahead of other international leaders from 13 nations, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, Australia, Canada, Brazil, France, and Germany.

The Morning Consult Global Leader Approval Rating Tracker, which was revised on Thursday and includes a sample size of 2,126 people in India, indicates that PM Modi has 66 percent approval, while 28 percent disapprove of him.
